A busy week of learning for Holly Class
Holly Class enjoyed a number of activities last week! In PE they have been learning to control the ball by rolling it or passing it around their body as well as practising ways to bounce basketballs. In English, the children have been making special split pin Easter cards which they then wrote the instructions for as part of their writing assessment. During RE the group have been learning about why Christians celebrate Easter and then worked together to make the garden of Gethsemane using objects collected from our Forest School. The class also enjoyed working together to create a memory bottle as part of their returning to school lockdown memories Art project! Finally, the week concluded with the children enjoying yummy doughnuts on Friday!
