Pupils enjoy fulfilled Science activities
A look back at our recent #BritishScienceWeek activities. The topic this year was ‘Innovating for the Future.’
In Sycamore Class our mini scientists created super 3D robo-bug models specially designed to meet targeted goals by facing special challenges. These are no ordinary bugs – these are highly specialised innovated robots! Over the course of the week the class designed and developed these models through challenge – collaboration – research – knowledge.
Beech Class also got really involved with the theme. They explored and thought about ways to use and recycle plastic for the next generation. They experimented with a variety of different plastics asking and answering scientific questions, evaluating possibilities and future choices…. our next generation scientists!
Finally Holly Class enjoyed designing robo-bugs as part of British Science Week, while our EYFS children have had lots of fun creating glitter jars!
